Thomas Kent Pelham ( 1831-1907) – is a British painter. He painted in the genre style and between 1860 and 1891 exhibited 25 paintings at the Royal Academy. He also showed work at the British Institute. who exhibited 25 works at the Royal Academy from 1860-1891. He also exhibited at the British Institute.
He also lived and worked in Spain producing paintings of Spanish beauties, peasants at work in the countryside, fisher folk and flowers.
