A triple pillar antique dining table and twelve spyder back dining chairs
To start off, we are pleased to present you this fabulous high-quality dining set comprising an antique flame mahogany Regency Revival triple pillar dining table, circa 1900 in date, with a bespoke set of twelve Spyder back dining chairs.
The table is raised on three gunbarrel bases, each with four reeded sabre legs that terminate in brass lion’s paw castors. These English made bespoke Regency style spyder back dining chairs have been skillfully crafted throughout in the very best solid mahogany.
This set comprises 10 side chairs and 2 armchairs. All of the chairs feature an intricate and very attractive spyder back design together with stuff over seats that have been tastefully upholstered in fine quality and hard-wearing cream fabric.
A fabulous antique Queen Anne Revival dining set
Our second choice is this special set which is sure to receive a lot of attention during your dinner parties.
This is a fabulous antique Queen Anne Revival burr walnut dining set, comprising a burr walnut dining table and eight burr walnut dining chairs, circa 1900 in date.
The table is of oval shape, has its original winding mechanism, and has two leaves which can be added or removed as required to suit the occasion.
The knees of the cabriole legs have been superbly hand-carved with shells and bellflower ornaments and the legs terminate in decorative ball and claw feet.
The table has been French polished to revive and bring out the beautiful grain of the burr walnut.
The set of eight chairs comprises six side chairs and a pair of armchairs. They were masterfully hand-carved to match the table and we have reupholstered them in a beautiful Azur damask.
A superb antique Victorian dining set
To finish off in style, we have a superb and rare dining set comprising an antique Victorian flame mahogany dining table, circa 1860 in date, with a beautiful set of fourteen antique early Victorian walnut balloon back dining chairs circa 1850 in date.
This amazing table is in excellent condition, can seat fourteen people in comfort, and has been hand-crafted from solid mahogany which has a beautiful grain.
It has three leaves which can be added or removed as required to suit the occasion. By using a special wind out mechanism with the original winding handle, they can be easily removed and stored away when not required.
The table is raised on four masterfully hand-carved, turned and fluted bulbous tapering legs that terminate in their original brass cup castors.
The long set of fourteen antique early Victorian walnut balloon back dining chairs are circa 1850 in date. The moulded backs with foliate carved rails over serpentine stuff over seats. They are raised on elegant turned forelegs terminating in toupie feet with sabre rear legs, and they have been reupholstered in a sumptuous green damask.
